Ryan’s journey started the traditional way — on site.
Beginning as an apprentice, he worked his way up through years of hands-on experience, mastering his trade and building a reputation for quality workmanship.
He went on to launch and grow RV Premium Plastering, developing it into a respected brand with a strong client base across the UK. By the time of his 2024 exit, Ryan had helped hundreds of homeowners add value to their properties.

Rachid Amary – Property & Finance Specialist
Rachid’s background comes from the property development and finance side of the industry.
Having built and scaled multiple businesses across retail and service sectors, he developed a strong focus on growth, leverage and strategic value creation.
As a certified and accredited financial adviser and mortgage broker, Rachid has:
